Exchange and Return Policy
- Since our products are digital and made to order , returns or exchanges are not allowed after the order has been confirmed and completed.
- After receiving the product, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged, but limited modifications to the card may be requested according to available capabilities, while we reserve the right to accept or reject some modifications.
- Each order includes two free revisions within one week of receipt , after which a small fee will be charged for any additional revisions.
